Our services are offered to businesses, not to consumers. By requesting a demo or a proposal, you confirm that you are acting for a business.

The demo and the written plan are free and don't commit you to anything. Demos are offered after we have reviewed your request.

Before any paid work starts, you receive a written proposal with our terms of business. They set out the scope, price, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms, ownership, and what support is included. Nothing is payable unless you accept them in writing. If anything on this website differs from your signed proposal and terms, the signed proposal and terms apply.

This site gives general information about our services. It isn't advice for your situation. Prices shown are starting points, and the price for any project is the one in your written proposal. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that every detail is current.

The case studies describe systems our founder designed and delivered while employed at a global digital-commerce analytics business. They are not client work for Clarke Systems Group. Details are anonymised, some figures are rounded, and no former or current employer or its clients are named. Clarke Systems Group is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them.

The animated examples on the home page use sample data to show the kinds of work we automate. They are not records of real client work.
