Cost and timing
How much does it cost?
The demo and written plan are free. Builds start from £1,250 (US$1,500) and support from £200 (US$250) a month. No VAT is added while Clarke Systems Group is not VAT-registered. Every project is priced on its scope, and your written plan confirms the timeline and investment before anything is agreed. For larger projects, a paid scoping session at £400 (US$500) is credited in full against the build.
How long does it take?
Most builds are scoped at two to six weeks. Your written plan confirms the timeline.
How much of our time will it take?
Minimal: a short written brief, then one to two hours a week from a process owner for questions and acceptance testing.
Systems, data and ownership
Will it work with the systems we already use?
Yes. We integrate with the systems you already run. Nothing is replaced, and every integration is confirmed before development begins.
Is our data safe?
Access is restricted to what each project requires, credentials remain in your accounts, and data is processed only by services you approve. AI workloads run on business API terms, under which your data is not used for model training by default. We sign your NDA before any details are shared.
Do we own what's built?
Yes. On final payment, the code, documentation and accounts transfer to you. Any reusable components are licensed to you in perpetuity.
Working together
What if something breaks or our process changes?
Any defect against the agreed scope is resolved at no cost for 30 days after handover. Ongoing support covers changes as your processes evolve.
