The problem
Projects ran across several regions, workstreams and delivery stages. The plan lived in a manually maintained spreadsheet, so every holiday, absence or late booking meant re-planning by hand, and clashes were found late.
Clarke Systems Group builds AI classification, integrations, reporting and quality checks for operations teams. Each system runs on schedule, flags its own exceptions and fits the way your team already works.

An operations team was planning a year of client projects by hand. It now runs on a system that schedules work against real capacity.
Projects ran across several regions, workstreams and delivery stages. The plan lived in a manually maintained spreadsheet, so every holiday, absence or late booking meant re-planning by hand, and clashes were found late.
A scheduling engine that places every project against the capacity the team actually has. It weighs:
It flags projects at risk, recommends resourcing changes, re-plans within capacity, supports approvals for exceptions and records every change in an audit trail.
More than 200 incoming projects were scheduled with no unresolved clashes. The team now works on the exceptions the system flags, instead of rebuilding the plan.
A global product launch had to go live across dozens of retailers on daily deadlines. Every record was tracked and checked automatically.
The launch covered more than 30 markets and over 100 retailer lines, with a team working to daily deadlines. Every record had to be right before release, and manual checking couldn't keep pace.
A tracking and quality-control system that:
It was built alongside running delivery for the launch, so every check was shaped by the deadline it had to meet.
More than 180 errors were caught automatically before release, and daily progress reports went out without anyone compiling them.
Products were being categorised by hand. A language-model service now does it, with the model chosen on tested accuracy and cost.
Categorising products by hand was slow and inconsistent, and the data involved needed proper access control.
A classification service hosted on AWS. Before a model was chosen, OpenAI, Anthropic and self-hosted open-weight models were benchmarked on accuracy against real categories and on cost per classification.
A manual workflow replaced by a service with known accuracy and a known cost per item, connected to the team's existing tools and protected by multi-factor sign-in and audit logging.

The assessment is free. Builds start from £1,250 (US$1,500) and support from £200 (US$250) a month, excluding VAT. Every project is priced on its scope, and your assessment includes a written outline and estimate, so you can decide before anything is agreed. For larger projects, a paid scoping session, £400 (US$500), is credited in full against the build.
Typical builds take two to six weeks, depending on scope. Your estimate includes the timeline.
Usually. Projects connect to the tools you already run, so there's nothing to replace, and every connection is confirmed during the assessment.
Very little. A short written description to start, then someone who knows the process to answer questions and test the result: about an hour or two a week.
Access is limited to what the project needs, credentials stay in your accounts, and data is only processed by services you approve. AI work runs on business API terms, under which your data is not used to train models by default. We're happy to sign your NDA before you share any details.
Fixes for anything that doesn't work as agreed are included for 30 days after handover. For changes as your process evolves, monthly support is available.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the code, documentation and accounts are yours. Any reusable components brought to the project are licensed to you permanently.
The engineer who scopes your system is the one who builds it, and stays your point of contact through handover and support. Nothing is passed down a chain.
